NOT TIED TO ONE PROPERTY’S LIFE
A project is ready for a decision when three things exist on paper: the concept, the market it sells into, and the arithmetic that connects the two. Most arrive with one of the three done and the other two assumed.
The concept says what the property is, and the programme turns that into what it has to contain and how big each part is. Cost tests both before anyone draws a line. It tests the design and the construction again, and what the property can earn decides whether the concept survives as written. A scope that runs in one direction produces a building nobody tested against the money.
A client engages Paradox on a package rather than on a single service, because the reasoning in one part rests on decisions taken in another and a scope split across suppliers loses it at every handover.
